I died with my rogue set and didn't loot my gravestone in time to retrieve it. It now seems that I cannot get new rogue set pieces from thieving. My apologies if it's actually possible to get the pieces again, but I haven't seen one in about 2m xp on 8x, so I'm assuming I can't.
