+1 Full support to this idea.
Having just hiscores does not justify grinding for that extra xp. It is a great way of keeping the player base active for the long run.
Moreover, I think having a tittle related to the 200M xp milestone should be added.

Support and I think there should be even more benefits for an Elite Hardcore Ironman! Would get more people involved in that game mode and therefore playing Zaros for the long term

This argument makes no sense...If you want a 1:1 with Osrs you play Osrs...as if as of now Zaros is a 1:1 to Osrs LOL...
Fully support this idea - the server is loosing players everyday. 120 capes are awesome to keep the player base for longer. I am trully worried about the server that we all love
