[Add the ability to note cooked fish when used on a barrel of fish]

This would benefit infernal harpoon use as well as the ability to withdraw from the fish barrel for cooking and not need to run to a bank to deposit.

You can get these keys by killing monsters in the wildy. The loot table can be viewed by viewing the Statistics tab -> Misc -> Drop table viewer: Wilderness Keys. Ironmen only recieve 15 slayer points for completing these but normal accounts have access to the drop table.
