      Yea I've had this happen to me in the past, looks like staff team will have to verify its you then remove it from your account so you can re do it. have patience, they will be with you shortly I'm sure.

      Let me first say that this guide is SIMPLE yet extremely useful at the same time. I like the links provided to give users an idea of what to get for security.

      Another thing I want to point out is the bank pin information. I can almost bet 75 percent of users do not know this is in the game and is a WORKING feature. I use this feature and love the extra layer of security that it provides to users.

      Do you have any experience when it comes to bug-testing: Yes i do, i was apart of qa for a RSPS for over 6 months. I found many bugs and know what to look for in certain areas.
      How knowledgeable would you say you are when it comes to Runescape/Oldschool Runescape: I would rate my knowledge of Runescape/OSRS a 7/10 
      Runescape username & total level: I do not personally remember my username or password, however I have played Most Up to date content multiple times on a qa account designated to find bugs related to rsps from runescape/osrs
      How do you feel you'd be useful in testing Zaros: I would simply find bugs by doing the content as it should be or is on OSRS and relate it to Zaros to optimize the experience for users. 
      How many hours do you plan on spending per week on average testing: anywhere from 20-30 hours a week depending on my work schedule. could be more depending on my schedule.
