Imo 120 capes have no place on a Osrs based server. No support. But if someone decides to add them atleast make them 200m xp req to get.

I agree with most of the suggestion, the only one i do not agree with is the swh, i think it does need a use outside of the wildy but i would say keep it a bit weaker then a dwh.

If anything they should be going into either regular chambers as a unique , or add to challenge mode when its released(like the dust).

Why don't you just buy the cape when you need to make one and then drop the hood, a waste of dev time imo.

How do you feel you'd be useful in testing Zaros: I know how things should work so i when something is off i know right away. How many hours do you plan on spending per week on average testing: roughly 2-4 hours a day.
