      I finally received my Abyssal Head drop after countless hours and over 6 thousand kills, and my game just happened to disconnect when I received it... The drop is gone forever. My internet was working flawlessly so I just don't understand how that coincidentally happened right when I got the drop. Is there any way I can get my item?
