[Not Able to Claim Donations]

The command to claim your donation ingame is ::claimitems

I did it ingame and it told me it was searching the database for my donation.

To claim your donation ingame you will have to do ::claimitems

You can't expect much activity from a new user on a new rsps server that hasn't even released yet. 

I don't think the staff will/should delete the account just so you can get the username.

Do you have any experience when it comes to bug-testing: Yes I used to run my own oldschool server called allstarlegends for 5 years and used to be rank 1 on the moparscape toplist in 2014.
How knowledgeable would you say you are when it comes to Runescape/Oldschool Runescape: I don't know everything but I can say that I'm pretty knowledgeable when it comes to old school runescape.
Runescape username & total level: On oldschool: Boriss  Total lvl 1446 (To be fair I played more on rsps than I did on the real servers)
How do you feel you'd be useful in testing Zaros: I know a lot about oldschool servers and how things are supposed to work. I can look for bugs and things that could be improved. 
How many hours do you plan on spending per week on average testing: I'm on my computer for atleast 10 hours a day and 24/7 available on discord. To be fair I would test about 20-40 hours a week.
