Bronze Skull: 2.5% more PKP per kill
Silver Skull: 4% more PKP per kill
Green Skull: 6.5% more PKP per kill
Blue Skull: 8% more PKP per kill
Red Skull: 10% more PKP per kill

They shouldnt even give bonus xp, nothing happend. nobody is ahead of other people. Fair game starting at same position. If anything add some bonus xp for the first hour of a new account after day 1

Hi X3, Actually most of the quests will be giving you combat xp. (same as osrs)
HOWEVER quests that wouldnt give you xp on OSRS will give you made up xp reward.
examples:
Romeo & Juliet will give you Hp xp
Ernest the chicken will give construction xp.

Bank everything but your coins and air, chaos and mind runes.
Take out 5 food and glory.
Buy 1 hammer and 1 bucket from the gen store in edgevile.
Buy a staff of fire from the magic store.
Buy 300 nature runes and 3k fire runes.
TELEPORT YANILLE
Buy 1 pot of flour at Yanille's cooking shop.
TELEPORT SAND CRABS
Get 21 magic, Start low alching fire runes (while questing).
TELEPORT LUMBRIDGE
Talk to Duke Horacio on the 1st floor of Lumbridge Castle.
Milk the cow in lumbridge's cow field for a bucket of milk.
Run to the chicken pen and pick up 1 egg.
USE YOUR XP SCROLL AND FINISH THE QUESTS
Open up the coffin and kill Count Draynor (use fire bolt).
TELEPORT LUMBRIDGE
Talk to the cook and finish Cook's Assistant.
Go back to lumbridge's graveyard and use the skull on the coffin.
TELEPORT DRAYNOR VILLAGE
Make your way back to the Wizards' Tower, and talk to Wizard Sedridor
