That's for a profile pcture, I'm talking a signature at the bottom of messages. Even lowering the size prevented me from doing so.

Noticed a lot of peoples signatures have pictures, including my other account. I'm not sure if recently they removed the ability for new people, but I can't set a pic/gif as my signature. I'm currently trying to set this as my signature.
