No, Zaros.io forums similar to discord categories are the titles on the forum and channels are the topics located below. 
Also in bold letters in the post itself I state forum suggestions.

Hello World, Ghoully here.
Hello, my name is Andrew aka 'Ghoully' and I'm a 25 year old Junior Software Engineer and a long-term RuneScape player. I've been actively playing RuneScape since 2009. I've played RuneScape since 2003 and recently explored my way into the underground world of RSPS's. I was a former developer of the website 'RSWebclients' and a former developer for the project 'Apocalypse' a server based around zombies and ghouls in the RSPS world. My main hobbies include programming (Python and TensorFlow [Machine Learning]) and 2D Graphic Design.
