Level 10 Hitpoints

Level 99 Everything but (Slayer?)

Maybe a Max Cape of a certain Color

99 Cape Style with the xp Bar Symbol on it (the one you see when clicking on XP Drop)

Make it so you can sell untradeables back to slayermaster for 50% its price
