It's just a convenience imo. I've got >1100 cox kc in osrs and I use it. Learnt without as the plugin wasn't a thing at the time, but for speedruns and just not having to concentrate as much it's a nice addition.

I'd like to suggest that you add the plugin CoX timers & additions. It contains CoX thieving (to find bats), CoX timers (for ice demon, mutta and olm), cox vanguards (color coded and dmg to reset).
