I mean sure people would participate on such events. Nobody says no to free gp. Althought if you want it to be actually fun you'd really need to make it interesting and think it throught

Since everyone are grave digging i'd throw additional statement to the original comment. The original NR pking mechanics SUCKED ass, and the caps is god damn reasoned. Used to be one of the top pure pkers in NR back in 2010-11 era

The hunter overall needs rework. Try to catch some salamanders. You'll reach your retirement before you'll get 99 hunter there. Pretty much everything related to hunter is bugged for some reason. Below you can see how the bird randomly dissapears, it happens atleast once every 5 minutes there too

As one, a new player has ZERO idea how to efficiently play the server. They do not know the meta routes to take and train / grind for money and gear wise. This is age old question that people are asking in any server doesn't matter what you'll add to the game this question still would be asked. I'd disagree that slayer is the only moneymaker. People are just too lazy to explain new players content they could do instead of the basic route of slayer and the easiest answer is to say "slayer" as it isn't a false answer. I find that the first and third suggestions are kind of a ripoff townboard/travelling merchant we currently have with a LITTLE twist added to it. Town board tasks already can net you gp. You're not supposed to get mad rich early game and honestly if you beg for money at home you won't get too far with the game anyways.

Suggestion 1.
Nobody really does town board because they like it. They are forced for the huge benefits. Hence a small amount gp wouldn't be really appealing to most of players = dead content
