As of the time of writing this there is no better place to but it but here.
I've done this in the past and it ended up working out well I will be offering to make your potions for you.
All I ask is that you have the correct amount of herblore secondary's to go along with the herbs themselves.
I wont be charging anything as somehow I'm a dumbass who loves to train Herblore and would love to get it 200m once again.
