barrows guide on a rsps? also 73-88% is best to roll for runes (best for ironmen) and anything over 88% is more rolls for bolt racks and less runes which isn't ideal as nobody uses bolt racks for anything. Also if you want specific items like on a iron, you can kill only the bosses that you want to avoid duplicate drops.
