This is a very well put suggestion, a lot of the stuff you mention are great ideas but I think extra chance for loot in raids will be a little over powered for skilling perks sounds perfect for pvm I think everyone should have the same drop rate in order for it not be a lot of pay to win , except for elite Ironman of course but great job on the suggestion.

hello everyone my name is Number1host some of you might know me some might not ive been playing rsps’s for around 7-8 years and the only servers I’ve ever played was servers made by @Davidwas introduced to them and got hooked instantly. I’m super hyped for Zaros because it’s a osrs mode and I’m a big fan of rs07 hope to see everyone in game LETS GET IT BOIS!!!!
