I feel like bots are the biggest problem when it comes to thieving Heroes. But I could get behind the idea of the achievements.

I agree the store needs to be more in depth with items such as the pet rate scroll. I would imagine it's somewhere around 25% higher chance and most definitely not permanent. I could be wrong.

[Need help with 2FA please]

You'll most likely need your IP Address to prove that it's your account, and the only people that I see with the ability to help would either be David or Spooky. I'm unsure if Admins have the permissions, but they just need to go onto your account via forum system and disable/delete the 2FA that's setup, if I'm not mistaken.

The only people that I could see being able to help are David and Spooky. I'm not sure if Admins have the permissions to do so. But if I'm not mistaken, with my past experience, they should be able to go onto your account via forums through the system and disable it.

You're best option is to create a brand new account. There is a feature in-game where you're able to change it, but it's disabled and as the person above said, there is a possibility of it becoming an option in the future.
