[Barrows - QoL]

Barrows is barely used without re-rolls anymore, few suggestions to make it a more enjoyable experience.

 

- Add Morytania legs to the achievement store.

Specifically for this perk - 

• 50% more runes from the Barrows chest (legs do not have to be worn to receive this reward)

- Add 1x Barrow Re-roll to the drop table - same as elite d/r or similar

- Add Re-rolls to store or vote points

As someone that wants to fill the suffering up completely can we have some option to enchant all rings in the inventory? 

Even if it's 1 by 1 slowly so i can semi-afk it
