[Lost all 100 Tokens when only confirming torso]

i tried but he doesnt take msg from people that are not his friend

I bought 10 scroll last night confirmed my fighter torso on the website logged in and did ::claimitems and got my torso. i then went back on web page to use remaining 50 tokens for a defender but said i hade 0 tokens Could somone please look into getting my tokens back for defender thanks 😃
