Hello, thanks for the suggestion! I've increased the despawn timer to 10 minutes to match OSRS. It was previously 2 minutes.

Hello, thank you for the suggestion! I've added a simple announcement that'll notify everyone when the player with the casket has left wildy.
I've also taken a look at the hint icons and found a few scenarios where it wasn't being updated/reset properly. So just let me know if you find any more problems with that after next update.

Hello, thanks for the suggestion! I've fixed up the special attack and it'll now always hit on unsuspecting targets. As explained by Mod ash on twitter:
The definition of "unsuspecting target" is "target has not been hit before" OR "target was last hit by someone other than me

Wilderness keys
- Ironmen can now do wilderness keys, the reward is 15 slayer points.
- You can only own one wilderness key at once from now on. Monsters will not drop another key if you already have one.
Minigames

Chambers of Xeric
- If you logout inside a raid, the game will now try to add you back to it if it's still available when you login. If you were the last player in the party when you disconnected, the raid will be kept alive for 10 minutes before permanently disbanding. Warning! Logging out inside Olm's chamber will count as a death and you will lose points.
- Unique droprate increased. Every 5600 points now convert into 1% chance (8675 per 1% on OSRS).
- Items stored in private storage units will now stack.
- After defeating Olm, you will now be able to go back through the mystical barrier.

Vasa Nistirio
- ...is now immune to freezes... Look at those legs, someone definitely hasn't skipped leg day!
- The special attack will now cancel if Vasa dies before the channel completes.

Theatre of Blood
- Increased droprate for uniques/purples to 1 / 5.0
- Capes bought from the mysterious stranger will now register in the collection log.
- Boss health bars should no longer read 0.0% if they have even the slightest bit of health remaining.
- Players should no longer have issues killing Verzik on P1 when she is extremely low health.
- Bloat will no longer drop hands and feet on the same tile back to back.
- Scythe has received a buff! The average of all three hits should now consistently hit higher. Accuracy is unchanged.

- Chinchompa pets now register in the collection log.
- Corrected Herbiboar exp rates.

Magic
- The heal-other spell no longer damages the player for excessive healing on the other player.

Runecrafting - Daeyalt Essence
- Added the daeyalt essence mine. Players can get here through the staircase in Darkmeyer or through the teleporter in the skilling category.
- The minable daeyalt rock will change between the three available locations every 60 seconds.
- Daeyalt shards can be exchanged for essence by Noranna within the mine.
- Daeyalt essence gives a +50% multiplicative experience boost when used in place of pure essence.
- Rune guardians pets now register in the collection log.

Slayer
- You can now access Cerberus on a Konar taverley hellhounds task.
- Slayer helms will no longer give combat-bonuses when killing task monsters in wrong places.
- The slayer ring now highlights wilderness teleports a bit better.
- Buffed unique drop rate of superior slayer monsters by about 30%.

Smithing
- The silver jewelry making interface will now open when clicking on a furnace with silver bars in the inventory.

Woodcutting
- Fixed some broken trees in Prifddinas.

Items
- The black salamander now has the correct magic maxhit.
- You can now use right-click "Fill" and "Empty" options on runecrafting pouches whilst your bank is open.
- You can now use the "Empty" option on rune pouches whilst your bank is open.
- Fixed ring of suffering (i) not being tradeable after manually uncharging the ring.
- Fixed certain items with the (l) suffix from trouver parchments not having the proper set effect bonuses such as void and imbued god capes.
- The rune thrownaxe special attack can now properly be used to target all three door-supports in the waterbirth dungeon.
- Corrected tick delay when eating pies.
- Teleport scrolls can now be directly used on master scroll books in order to deposit them.
Other changes
- The bank chest at castle wars and in the essence mines can now be used to swap banknotes and platinum tokens.
- Pets received from gambling (Fight caves / Inferno) now correctly register in the collection log and count towards achievements.
- Changing attack styles or toggling special attack while teleporting now works correctly.
- The hard clue scroll "Laugh in Jokul's tent" will now trigger when laughing anywhere in the tent.
- Added "Rimmington" to the cities category in the teleporter.
- Added preset and collection-box options to the crafting guild and sand crab bank chests.
- A toggle has been added to the drop table viewer interface allowing you to hide the "Rare Drop Rable" items from cluttering the view. If disabled, the RDT will only show as one item within the table.
- Faction items will now properly protect players in the wilderness godwars dungeon.
- The bounty hunter teleport spell will no longer put you directly on top of your target every time and will instead send you to a location within an 8x8 area (hotfixed).
- Added/fixed sounds for eagle eye, chivalry, piety, and augury prayers.
- Gargoyle kills can no longer be finished by poison, venom, or recoil damage.
- Game mode icons will now properly show in clan chat and private messages.
- The slayer bonus in the equipment tab will now show correctly when having an autocast spell or wielding a magic based weapon.
- Fixed issues with curing poison/venom from the hitpoints orb.
- Fixed a visual error in the donator requirement prompt for crabclaw island.
- Kills (top 3 damagers) against Galvek will now properly count towards the achievement for defeating 3 wilderness bosses.
- If your game mode is realism, you can now downgrade to the regular game mode by speaking to "Realist" next to the ironman manager (note: he will only be there if you have the realism game mode).

Hello.
This is a larger update that we've been working on for the last couple of weeks. We'll try our best to release weekly (but smaller) updates in the future, as that seems to be what most of you prefer based on the feedback we've been getting.
Also, as some of you may know already, @Chaflie resigned from the development team this week to focus on other things. We wish him the best and thank him for his time at Zaros.

Wilderness
Wilderness Keys
When killing a monster in the wilderness, it'll now have a chance of dropping a key that can be used to dig up treasure. The higher level monster you defeat, the higher chance it'll have of dropping a key. When obtaining a key, you may "feel" it to find the dig location - the warmer the key gets the closer you will be to the correct spot. But beware that the treasure will be guarded by a monster, so make sure you come prepared!
- Red key - Chronozon (level 256)
- Blue key - Me (level 201)
- Magenta - Deathly ranger (level 244)
- Green - Ulfric (level 214).
Warning! You will be automatically skulled when digging up treasure.
Ironmen can currently not do wilderness keys.

- There's now a 1/1000 chance of receiving the brand new Chompy chick pet when killing another player in the wilderness.
- The wilderness level now begins at level 5.
- Corrected some multi lines.
- The Bounty Hunter interface no longer shows the wrong wilderness level for the target.
- Fixed a bug where the client would freeze for a couple seconds when entering a region with hotspot markers in it.

Theatre of Blood
- Buffed the drop rates for uniques by about 10% (1 / 7.1 --> 1 / 6.3)
- Similar to Zulrah, the Theatre of Blood death chest will now be free until you reach 10 killcount, allowing you to make a few mistakes while learning the ropes.
- The chance of freezing the Nylocas Matomenos at maiden now properly scale based on the player's magic attack bonus, with a 100% freeze rate when it is at +140 or by having other alternative gear setups as listed on the wiki.
- Added proper game messages to the stare phase of Xarpus.
- Corrected the amount of damage you receive when hitting Xarpus in the stare phase while he’s actively looking at you. If you are using a multi-hit weapon (such as scythe), Xarpus will now properly hit you for those additional amounts of hits.
- Sotetseg’s defence level will now be restored after each maze phase.
- Pre-firing on nylocas before they switch forms will no longer cancel the damage.
- Fixed an issue where the scythe of vitur would not hit multiple melee-type nylocas at once.
- Bloat flies will no longer damage you after he has died.

Inferno
- Jad healers no longer walk through jad.

Wintertodt
- Cleaned up unique loot rates for wintertodt and ensured that bruma torches and warm gloves will properly drop. Changes to the rates in the common table will come at a later date along with several other skilling rate changes in the game.
- Warm gloves have been removed from the “firemaking outfit” classification, thus letting you complete the achievement for wearing the full set without them.
- The wintertodt will now automatically heal itself between 1-7% of its total energy per minute based on the number of lit braziers (with no braziers lit being 7%).
- You can no longer spam click braziers to light or fix them resulting in double firemaking experience.

Gauntlet
- Skilling dialogue amounts (make-x) are now independently saved in the Gauntlet and will not carry over from your skill dialogues elsewhere.
- NPCs should no longer venture into other rooms when in combat with you.

Hunllef:
- The crystal tornado special attack will no longer fire on the fourth attack of the cycle (right before it changes style).
- Crystal tornado spawn locations are now calculated on the tick they spawn rather than one tick before. This should lower situations where you walk into them as they spawn.
- There is now a slight delay (1 tick) once floor tiles switch to orange before they start damaging you.
- Fixed issues where your character would get hit before the projectile lands on you.
- Slightly changed the pathing mechanics for crystal tornados.

- The third confirmation screen now shows the other player's stats rather than your own.

- Ironmen can now pick up items in LMS.

- The animator no longer deletes armour pieces if the player doesn't have the full set.

- Inquisitor's set effect now gives correct bonuses.

- Zalcano's shockwave now also clears any tephra on the ground.

- The souls will no longer attack the player after teleporting out.

Lizardman shamans
- You can no longer use a dwarf multi cannon in the temple.
- Shamans will no longer jump/spawn minions inside the walls in the temple.
- Shamans will no longer spawn purple minions if there are already active ones.
- The purple minions will now properly follow the player instead of just standing still sometimes.

Demonic & Tortured gorillas
- Kill counts will now be tracked (they will still also count towards black demons in your slayer log).
- Added multi-combat zones for demonic gorillas in the crash site cavern.

- The special attack now applies pj timer, preventing others from pjing the player.

- The teleport special attack no longer cancels combat.

Agility
- Agility boosts (such as summer pies) now allow the player to access rooftop courses.

- Making slayer helmets now properly require a crafting level of at least level 55.

- Building rooms in your POH now cost the same amount as displayed on the interface.
- Fixed an issue where you could not properly upgrade certain decorations in your POH.

Farming
- The Weiss herb patch is now disease-free.
- The chance of receiving a Hespori seed when harvesting has been buffed from 1/7500 to level required to plant/2000.
- Compost bins will now properly save on logout. Due to these changes, all compost bins have been reset.

Fishing
- Fish barrels now properly save your stored fish when logging out.
- If you find yourself with a golden tench from aerial fishing, you can now trade it into Alry the Angler for 100 molch pearls.
- Unstuffed heads obtained from fishing (bass, swordfish, shark) were previously not being added to the collection log. On your next login, your collection log will now be updated with them granted you still have them in your possession.
- You can no longer use fish obtained from aerial fishing on each other to create fish chunks without a knife.
- Big net fishing now works (mackarel, cod and bass).

Herblore
- Picking Rogue's purse from some walls no longer says "I can't reach that".

- Birdhouses no longer become unusable after a month of account inactivity.
- Items from lucky impling now register in the collection log.

Magic
- Humidify no longer locks the player for as long, and the items are filled once the rain starts falling down in the animation.
- Bolt enchanting now properly deletes combination runes.
- Runes within rune pouches and combination runes may now be used to make teleport tablets on POH lecterns.

Slayer
- You can now disable certain slayer unlocks.
- Black dragons in the upstairs cavern of Taverly dungeon will now count black dragon kills towards konar assignments.
- Brutal black dragons are no longer assigned in Catacombs by Konar for players with less than level 77 slayer.
- Nechryaels' death spawns will no longer spawn on the other side of a wall.
- Skeletal wyverns now correctly count as dragons (making dragon boosts work against them).
- Killing abyssal sire no longer has a chance of spawning an abyssal demon superior monster.
- K'ril tsutsaroth's minions (Balfrug Kreeyath and Zakl'n Gritch) no longer count towards greater demons task.

Catacombs of Kourend
- Fixed droptables for skeletons and possessed pickaxes.
- Bronze dragons will now properly be able to target the player.
- You can now obtain infinite successive drops of totem pieces. The order of the pieces dropped will still remain the same (base, middle, top).

Thieving
- Ardougne cloaks 2 and 3 now give bonus success chance when pickpocketing, if in the inventory or equipped.
- Ring of life effect will now properly trigger when taking damage from pickpocketing.

Woodcutting
- The mahogany trees in Prifddinas can now be cut.
- Opening birds nests no longer locks the player for one tick.
Items
- Fixed issues with lower-value items protecting over charged items such as tridents and tomes of fire.
- You can now properly apply weapon poison to javelins (p+), arrows/spears (p++), bone daggers, hastas, and amethyst arrows.
- The trident of the seas (full) can now properly be sold on the trading post after fully charging it.
- You can now craft the trident of the swamp (e) by using 10 kraken tentacles on an uncharged trident of the swamp.
- You can now uncharge black masks.
- The (empty) version of the master scroll book obtained from clues now works properly.
- The dragon hasta now properly drains special attack energy.
- The heavy ballista now requires level 33 defence to equip.
- Maple shield now requires level 40 defence to equip.
- Crate of Zanik now has an attack speed of 5 ticks.
- Dragon bolts (unf) are now tradeable.
- Granite mauls (ornament ones) are no longer tradeable.
- Wilderness crabs teleport is now untradeable.
- Dark essence blocks are now bankable.
- Spinach rolls can now be consumed.
- Gold/Pink elegant shirts and blouses no longer cause the arms to glitch out when worn.
- Two-handed swords now have the correct animations.
- Arclight will no longer degrade on non-successful hits (0's).
Other Changes:
- You can now search in the teleport interface.
- Corrected the healing amounts for chopped tuna, stew, chopped onion, chilli con carne, and scrambled eggs.
- Regular combat potions now give the correct boost in attack and strength.
- The achievement for obtaining 1 billion total experience is now properly obtainable.
- Holding space to skip dialogs should no longer auto-select an option when an option dialog is opened afterwards.
- The trading post will now require you to enter your bank pin (if you have one set).

The following achievements have been removed:
- Collect at least 1,000 items in your collection log
- Craft any Spirit Shield with a sigil
- The edgeville stash unit (medium) was added back to the map near the spirit tree.
- Arnold Lydspor at the fishing colony can now swap banknotes.
- Emerald benedict in rogues den can now swap banknotes.
- Deposit boxes can now swap banknotes.
- Pet announcements will now trigger on duplicate pets aswell.

Hello everyone.
We've been at hard work going through all the bug reports that have been coming in since the release. We'd like to thank everyone who has taken their time to report problems they find, as it allows us to make Zaros a better game.
Now, let's get on with today's updates! 😀
Content Additions & Changes
Trading Post:
Now enabled on all worlds.
Quest Tab:
Now shows the total playercount (combined on all worlds). Hover to see the playercount on individual worlds.
Added Wilderness info section -
Moved down pk hotspot / other wildy-related information to it.
Added Galvek spawn timer.
Blast Furnace:
Fixed an issue where noted bars could not be taken out of the dispenser.
Increased prices of ores within the Keldagrim Ore Shop.
Decreased the restock speed of the Keldagrim Ore Shop.
Wintertodt:
Buffed the amount of firemaking experienced received from a Wintertodt round.
The cold in Wintertodt no longer cancels Woodcutting.
Rogues Den Wall Safes:
Reworked loot tables to closer match OSRS.
Coins received from the wall safes now use the coin pouch mechanic and give an amount similar (slightly increased) to the beginner stall at home.
The drop table is now searchable and also can be seen through the "examine" option of each safe.
Super+ Donators have a chance to obtain a bag full of gems on each successful crack of the safe. You can see the rate for this on the drop table viewer if you have a sufficient donator rank.
Barrows Armour:
Reduced the default repair cost of barrows armour by 50%.
The armour stand will now repair fully broken barrows pieces and will also give you an additional discount of up to 50% depending on your smithing level.
Tip Jars have now been added to player-owned houses. Ironmen cannot receive the tips, but can still donate to other non-ironmen.
Tears of Guthix now adds experience to the lowest non-combat skill.
When pickpocketing with full rogues and receiving an additional coin pouch, it will automatically be opened.
Barrows brothers can no longer be safe-spotted by luring them behind each other.
General Graardor can now only attack when in melee distance.
Damaged books now count as godly items in the Godwars dungeon.
Green dragons can no longer be assigned by Vannaka.
Baby green dragons now count as Green dragons for tasks, they drop babydragon bones and no longer use fire breath.
The trade decline message will now always be sent, no matter how the interface was closed. The message is now also red.
Lowered Ava's accumulator price from 50k to 7k in the range shop.
Recoils and Phoenix necklaces are now noted in the jewellery shop.
Volcanic ash, crystal armour seeds, and crystal tool seeds are now tradeable.
Added reindeer hat & easter ring to Mystery box loot.
Mystery Boxes can now be searched for on the trading post.
Jukat has been added in Zanaris, he sells Dragon daggers and longswords.
Thieving stalls and pickpocketable NPC's can now be examined to view their drop tables. They can also be searched for in the drop table viewer.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed an issue with the Dark bow special attack where it would sometimes hit below the minimum damage.
Fixed an issue with the Dwarf multi cannon where it would sometimes disappear when logging out.
Fixed an issue where ring of wealth was not picking up numulites.
Fixed Carpenter's shirt appearance.
Shops can now hold more items, fixing the bug where the Raw karambwanji would not show in the tool store.
Fixed an issue where kraken and it's tentacles were not killable on a boss task.
Graceful now correctly registers in the collection log when bought.
Fixed an issue where flax would block pathing when despawned.
Fixed an issue where ranged experience did not give the proper amount compared to the other combat skills.
Superglass make spell now gives crafting experience for every Bucket of sand used.
Plank make lunar spell now correctly deletes runes.
Skotizo no longer becomes unkillable when getting low on health and 1-3 altars are active.
Fixed an issue where arclight would lose charges in PvM death (still loses charges in PvP related deaths).
Fixed an issue where marble gargoyles were unkillable.
Fixed an issue where birds nests could not be crushed when your inventory is full.
Fixed an issue where dark beasts were assigned to the catacombs of kourend.
Fixed an issue where pyrefiends required a slayer level of 90 to kill.
Ring of dueling equipment tab options should now work properly.
Binding Necklace should now work as intended.
A warning will now pop-up if you do not have the 'Ash Covered Tome' unlocked, and try to fertile soil to create ultracompost.
Digging up a tree produced with farming will now give you roots, and a QOL update has been applied to make those roots noted.
Railing Shortcut at the Tree Gnome Village should now work as intended.
A problem with using compost on an already fully grown patch has been resolved.
Emotes can no longer be used in a duel.
New players will no longer be able to trade items for their first 30 minutes of gameplay.
Teak trees in PRifddinas are now able to be cut down.
Fixed an issue with the trading post achievement for selling items not working correctly.
Fixed an issue where crystal weapons would degrade from being hit by other NPC's.
