Like Ikov had/has I think Yell should be toggleable and not mixed in with game chat.. COME TO MY GIVEAWAY AT ::TOGGLEABLEYELL FOR 100B!!! gets really annoying and manually having to ignore a user just to stop their spam is quite inconvenient

absoulutely not, id rather they focus on fixing the current osrs issues they have and since its an osrs related server i doubt they'd want to put so much time into something like this.
