  2. Probably would add the staff of Saeldhinen to a different or unique/custom piece of content rather than gauntlet. Having 3 amazing weapons come from 1 piece of content is just boring, but I do see potential from this item. Wouldn't mind the salve blessing, no opinion on the weakening staff. What I really want is something like a dragon hunter weapon but for mage. E.g. dragon hunter staff/trident. No clue how it'd be obtained but it would definitely have to be from a unique and difficult piece of content, if ever added.
  3. Since the server just upgraded to revision 200, hardcore group ironman shouldn't take that long to add considering the GIM fundamentals are there. I hope we can see it by next update. With that my suggestions for the mode are as follows: -Huge events like we had on launch to create hype for the server again, this is the perfect opportunity. -Give XP rates same as regular GIM and not realist GIM (this will attract people more as there are more people who prefer fast paced gameplay rather than a slow grind) -Add teleport crystals to inferno, cox, fight caves etc (minigames that were previously a safe death) --> recolour the TOB crystal to match the theme e.g. green/twisted league theme for cox one, inferno colour theme for inferno etc Event Examples: -First group to achieve max total level. -First group to achieve comp capes. -Fastest corrupted gauntlet time after 1 week. -Fastest solo cox raid time after 1 week. -Fastest group cox raid time after 1 week (must be done within the gim group i.e. players with prestige) -Fastest group tob time after 1 week (must be done within the gim group i.e. players with prestige) -First infernal cape -First pet -First purple at cox (must be done within the gim group i.e. players with prestige) -First purple at tob (must be done within the gim group i.e. players with prestige) -First mega-rare at cox (must be done within the gim group i.e. players with prestige) -First weapon at tob (must be done within the gim group i.e. players with prestige) Rewards can be ingame $ scrolls or irl cash, depends on owners ofc. Reason why there are so many events is because everyone's playstyle is different. Some people don't have time to rush max or may prefer to do other things and these events would give them a chance to win something. Please be sure to release an event thread, assuming you do it, few weeks before the launch.
  4. Yeah, when I mean perks I don't mean stuff like 1t faster speed in melee or something that OP. The agility one, in my eyes, opens up new ways to do some content which is why I suggested it. Most of them would be good QOL's to enhance the playing experience into something different, whilst also keeping the OSRS feel. From the top of my head one other could be; increasing the amount of scales/darts toxic blowpipe can hold to 50,000 or something. For an item sink, I think something like this will work better because players will try to purchase items that they already have to gain these perks. Ironmen can also find some good use from their duplicates to enhance their personal gameplay. The well could maybe even offer other stuff like supplies e.g dragon darts which ironmen may find it hard to come by or drop rate scrolls (same as ones in vote store) to benefit them whilst sacrificing their duplicate items.
  5. Sacrificial Well This game needs item sinks because it takes several days to sell some items, from what I've seen so far in the past few days of my return. The sacrificial well will be a well where you sacrifice an item from the list of items it accepts. By sacrificing an item you get "Sacrifice points". These points can be exchanged for perks than be used around the game, some may be very good and some niche. I believe this game needs some more "custom" feel to it. So far, with the recent boss updates and new item additions like Seren's Tome, I believe the game is going in the right direction and just needs more of a push to get into that area of an OSRS server with its twists that make it fun. An example would be a perk which gives unlimited run energy anywhere around the game. Yes, this does sound a bit overpowered but it comes with a cost. You will need 99 agility for this perk to work and it will cost 3000 sacrifice points. Points will be obtained from a variety of items but in this case you could sacrifice 2 ancestral pieces at 1500 points each (hat will be like 750 or 500 points). This will be around 500m worth of items removed from the economy. The main use for a perk like this would be in chambers of xeric where you can do a high scaled raid (solo) without the use of a lot of stamina potions. Could disable in wilderness depending on what players think. This may raise some questions of the ring of endurance being rendered useless but that could be one of the items which may be sacrificed to the well, therefore it will still have value. Perks can be brainstormed more for a lot of different activities ranging from skilling to pvm. Note: The perk suggested above is just an example and may not even feature in the release of this update, should it be added.
  6. I personally think you should be able to pick the scout from using the tablet. Reason being is the price of these tablets being around 5-7m as OP said. It's just a raid scout and there's no guarantee that you'll even profit from it. Say if I use these tablets for solo raids, I'd need to use 14 of them to hit the drop rate. That's around 70m - 98m spent on tablets to hit the unique rate, which your not guaranteed. From a logical standpoint, it simply isn't worth using these tablets in its current state. A second solution (personally think it should work together with the suggestion in the first paragraph) would be to make these tablets more common. This would be by making it a drop from the chambers of xeric itself. The drop rate would be around 1/10-1/15, similar to the ancient tablet. Deaths wouldn't effect as it is not a unique and you will only receive 1. A maximum of 1 can only be rolled per chest. Multiple can be received from the same raid, from different players, provided they roll on the table. The entire reason I would guess these tablets were added in the first place was to combat "scouting" and make chambers a bit more enjoyable so your not scouting after every raid for 5 minutes to get a raid you prefer. Everyone hates this and is one of the main reasons people may dislike the chambers. Jagex also saw that this was an issue and decided to make the second raid a fixed pattern. The third raid, Tombs of Amascut, will also have no scouting. Scouting in general is a really shitty thing and the fact that this tablet doesn't combat that is a bit shit. The tablet should have all the best layouts from fastest scout to the most points (double tightrope raids), if it doesn't already.
  7. When u right click the chambers, a new option of "Set Scaling". A chatbox message should pop up and you can input your desired scaling, up to 100. To reset it back to 1, can just type 1. This scaling will stay even if you change your raid by going in/out until you manually change your scale. No more alts to scale raids.

  10. Sadly it won't ever happen, it's made hundreds of people quit because of the gamblers mass hoarding items. I'd prefer duel arena to be cash only like osrs so gamblers can't really hoard items unless they buy out tp, which is unlikely. This way it'll always be 50/50 so it's not impossible to clean a host at ::gamble.
