Click here and there along with eating food isn't what I call hard. Takes time in average for sure, but it's not hard in no way.

@Bear Nice guide. Could you add the payments for Maple, Yew, Magic, Redwood trees, along with high lvl herbs and Allotments ?

No support, Ironman mode is meant to be a grind. Increasing the stocks in the shops removes that grind. Increasing the speed at which they restock too.
