Let me begin by saying, I've been loving playing this server thus far. The content has exceeded my expectations overall, except for one very infuriating thing: Scamming in the duel arena, and the moderating that stands by as it happens.
This is the most disappointing aspect of Zaros's release, something that unfortunately happened to me- but also many many other players thus far. Scamming at the duel arena is such a problem, that frankly I wasn't altogether surprised it happened to me when it did.
What surprised me was my attempts to reach out to a moderator being beyond futile. Instead of working with me to solve the issue of someone blatantly breaking the rules by engaging in duel arena scams, I got blamed for not checking a box.

Guys. The duel arena is NOT the wild west, and there are RULES. Scamming, or attempting to scam someone is specifically laid out in the Zaros rules, which I've linked at the bottom of my post. Unfortunately, since I didn't have the means to set up a screen capturing software to record my one off stake-- I am not expecting an ounce of compensation for being a victim of a 45m dds scam. Maybe, though, we can address the reality that lack of moderating leaves nearly every single duel arena scam go unpunished which incentivizes even more duel arena scams. Perhaps we can get some mods who actually will take an interest in rules being broken. I know that at least my own 45m has changed hands as a result of rule breaking, and I'm only one individual player.
Until we get this fixed, we all might as well bring food to stakes incase someone is stupid enough to let us eat it, because it sounds like that's what its come down to.
