Without Buy offers there's an artificial increase in prices to virtually all items as you are required to pay the price in the Trading Post. (Yes, I understand that you can ::yell about buying it at a different price, but isn't the point of the TP to remove the need for that? It also doesn't work very well.)
We've all seen the way prices have skyrocketed over the past week alone. If there were Buy offers there'd be a more organic and real market for items available. As of now Gamblers and Stakers own and buy up all items because it's yet another way for them to profit and push prices up.

Do you have any experience when it comes to bug-testing: Paid beta tester for GBTN. Have experience beta testing AAA titles some of which are currently being prepared for public release. Have beta tested for several RSPS. Can get Developer vouches if need be.
How knowledgeable would you say you are when it comes to Runescape/Oldschool Runescape: Moderate. Don't play OSRS since my account was banned in 2018.
Runescape username & total level: Again, main was banned, however feel free to look up my defense pure names DEFensively
How do you feel you'd be useful in testing Zaros: I know how to break things and find flaws most people might not even know were there.
How many hours do you plan on spending per week on average testing: Truthfully, I don't know. I have a very busy schedule. However, the time I spend bug testing is more valuable than your average Joe because I do bug/beta test professionally.Again, I can get Developer vouches for my bug testing prowess.
