Hello Zaros support! I haven't played i think for a year long and i lost my GIM status. I wanted to comeback and play with my GIM partner again, but the GIM status is gone. Is there any chance of refunding that status? I would be very glad for a fast reply if i have do a new GIM or not. Thanks in advance!
