A gambling ip ban could be a solution to this if it is possible to do so

Add an NPC that gives the ability to quit gambling, have timeframes you could pick. Such as quit gambling for one day, one week, one month, or forever. Some may say that it is in the users control to not gamble and that they should refrain themselves. This is true, but at the end of the day they will just keep gambling until they lose their bank. The necessity for a gambling NPC comes into play because many players will gamble, go up big, then end up getting cleaned. Then they will either restart the grind or quit. The gambling NPC can prevent players from quitting the server after losing bank.
