When I claimed my donation scroll in the game it disappeared and nothing happened. Relogged and still didn't have a rank or any points on the store.

I just donated $25 and did the ::check as well as other commands in game and keep getting the same message of "you have no items to be claimed"
I understand there's problems going on but I'd like to just put it in writing asap
