At the moment, with a bank pin, its only required when trying to access the bank after login, you can still access stuff like shops or Trading Post and even buy/sell items on the trading post. Proposed changes: - Make it so that bank pin is required for accessing Trading Post as well as bank after login. - If not possible, make it so bank pin is required to complete any action when logging in (moving, taking items off/putting them on). Ik security is already high, but in the unlikely event someone does manage to get onto an account that just so happens to be wearing expensive things, they can still be sold on Trading Post, no PIN required.

I have 2FA setup on my account 'BGM' however when setting it up for my account 'Extinct', it overrode the account for BGM on my authentication app. I then had an issue with the client wherein it would freeze, and so deleted the game cache which forgot my PC on the 2FA. Going to sign into BGM, it now asks for a code that my Authenticator app is not generating, as that account is no longer setup on the app. I am also unable to disable 2FA on my account through the forums, as it again asks for a code that my app is not generating. I cannot add the account manually, as it asks for a QR code or Secret Key which is only visible if 2FA is disabled. Please could whomever has the required access to disable the 2FA, do so for my account 'BGM'? Alternatively please forward this over to anybody who does have access, who may not be checking for open tickets. I feel you, not even being able to play is annoying. Plus not able to get any help at all

I'm literally just having an issue disabling 2FA, as I can't get the code to do so as the account isn't on my 2FA app, to then re-enable it so that I can login.

Done that, added Gmail to the Authenticator app, though using the codes that it generates on the website to disable 2FA on the account, doesn't work. All codes show 'Invalid 2FA code', because the authenticator is generating them for the gmail account not the Zaros account. I also can't sign into my account with the email address on the client, as it says the account isn't registered.

I don't have any backup codes, I never got any when setting it up originally.

My 2FA was set to my account 'Extinct' on my phone, however I use 'BGM' as my main. I had to delete cache and redownload client as I was getting crashing issues which come to find out was GPU drivers, but when redownloading the client and going to sign in I'm being asked for 2FA for my 'BGM' account, which I physically can't get as my authenticator app had the 'Extinct' account on it. Signing into the forums on this account, I can't disable 2FA to then re-enable it either because it asks for a code from my phone, which I obviously can't get. Any help on how I can disable 2FA on my account, to then re-add it to my phone and subsequently log into the game? I can provide all and any security, payment, account, login, connection information if needed, would just like the play the game...
