Jencz Posted April 29, 2021 Share Posted April 29, 2021 So today for around 3 hours ive been trying to buy scrolls from the shop. Ive tried my debit card, pre paid, and also a gift card. One was discover, and two were visa. They were all declined (all have funds on them). I tried calling my bank in case my card was fraudulent which it was not, and was open to all states with some countries. But it keeps saying declined.
