Add "Cup of hot water" to the Herblore Store.

Cups of hot water are the base of a Guthix rest mix. To make one, you buy a bowl, fill the bowl with water, cook the bowl of water into a bowl of hot water, by using them one by one on a range, and then use each bowl of hot water on an empty cup to make a cup of hot water. Then, you have to add 4 herbs to each cup to finally get a Guthix rest. Tedious process, and although it is rewarding, I think a good compromise would be to have the cups of water available for a good chunk of money (5,000 coins each). I would consider this the middle ground for ironmen, the fully made Guthix rests are already available to mains in the food store.
