Barrows - QoL

Barrows is barely used without re-rolls anymore, few suggestions to make it a more enjoyable experience.

 

- Add Morytania legs to the achievement store.

Specifically for this perk - 

• 50% more runes from the Barrows chest (legs do not have to be worn to receive this reward)

- Add 1x Barrow Re-roll to the drop table - same as elite d/r or similar

- Add Re-rolls to store or vote points
