Noone is gonna obtain all of them - you need like 2000 kc or smth to get the last cape. Pointless item that stops us from a full green collection log. Actually you only need 500 on here to obtain the last cape. They are reduced by 75% on zaros compared to OSRS. Same goes for the TOB capes.
