"cure me" lunar spell doesnt cure venom when hitpoints icon is clicked

in osrs if you hit the hitpoints icon when venomed, it'll use what is available for the player to be healed, however, the spell cure me in lunars doesnt have this effect on zaros, when it does have the effect in osrs, so if this can be added that'd be great, instead of having to hit the spellbook every time.
