He was a friend on here for a while but I believe he's just sick of playing now? Kinda left me in a shit position as now I cant remove him and he's taken the last spot? It might be that you will need to wait until the account has been inactive for 2 weeks but that can always be reviewed if the proof is clear that they're not willing to return to play.
