I lost my phone & cannot access my ingame account or forum account

The live support/chat via the Zaros store page deals with account recoveries, so I surmise they would also deal with an issue such as this. If not, you would most likely have to contact Spooky over at the Zaros community Discord server, unless the newly promoted administrators have this type of puissance.
