A few suggestions.

Complete POH rooms and storage. Having access to all POH teleports and storage for clue items And especially the restore pool is very handy. 
 

OSRS style achievement system. Having the different regions and they unlock their respective gear (eg. Varrock armour, Wilderness sword, karamja gloves) with their perks working. 
 

“Completionist cape”. Having a goal to reach after maxing is extremely nice since it dosnt take long to do. Possibly a “completionist cape” of sorts that could be all highest Max cape stats in one including perks (like wearing Ardy max cape) could be achieved by doing all achievements/ music cape/ max/ and maybe an XP requirement 

 

STASH system. super helpful for clues

We already have POH rooms with storage for UIMs and working pools.

There's already an achievement system and shop.

Completionist Cape support, it's a custom but support.

STASH system does work for clues.
