We will see if this fixed your issue first, if not then we will try different measures! If i can direct you to the correct downloads this should solve your issue! Find your Operating System > Right Click > System Look for 'System type' E.G - Windows Downloads - # Windows 32Bit Client # Windows 64Bit Client Mac Downloads - Mac Client I Hope this solves your issue!
