Tephra Posted January 13, 2021 Share Posted January 13, 2021 When trying to log in on my main account "Tephra" i type my username and password before the 2FA checker appears, after typing in my 6 digit code i receive the error "Error loading profile please contact customer support". I can log into any other previously made account and new ones as well it seems just this account is bugged. When searching the account on the highscores the stats are seemingly frozen from my first ever log out after getting 99 firemaking in the first hour of release but i had played much longer after and was almost maxed. I have done all troubleshooting i could. To my recollection i was logged out on or at the begging of the ardy rooftop agility course. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
