I've played Osrs pretty much since it started so I have decent knowledge of the game. I'd like to help other people to enjoy their experience on this server as runescape is a great game! it can be overwhelming to new players so having a help cc, players can get direct support if they are needing help. It's going to take sometime for the server to become fluent and stable as I'm sure there will be some slight hiccups.
