Crowly
So my problem is that once i load up Zaros i get this red box little less than halfway loaded says "Connecting to update server" and it's like for 1-2 mins and after that just black screen in the client. If need cleared picture or screenshare then i'll be always waiting in discord to show it. Hopefully we can find the solution to fix it ? - Best of luck! The Windows Firewall window opens. Click on the “Advanced Settings” link on the left pane. The Windows Firewall with Advanced security window opens. Click on the “Inbound Rules” option. On the left pane, click on “New rule”. Under “Rule Type” select the option “Port” and click next. Select “TCP”and “specific local ports” options. Key in the port number, the default port is 43594, 55555 Click Next. Select the option “Allow the connection”. Click Next, do not change any option here and click Next again. Specify a name for this rule. Click Finish. I've tried it and still doesn't work ? something is blocking rsps but not osrs and can't really know how to find other ways ? But thank you soo much for trying to help me ?

Howie
It sounds like your IP may of been blocked as a safety precaution. Firstly i would send an E-mail to [email protected] with your username and details into the issue which you're having. You may also message Spooky via our Discord as another option but please make sure you try the first option before doing so. I'm going to close this thread now as I do believe this is the solution to fix your client issues. Best of Luck!
