Never ending loading screen.

So my problem is that once i load up Zaros i get this red box little less than halfway loaded says "Connecting to update server" and it's like for 1-2 mins and after that just black screen in the client. If need cleared picture or screenshare then i'll be always waiting in discord to show it. Hopefully we can find the solution to fix it 🙂

I've tried it and still doesn't work 😞 something is blocking rsps but not osrs and can't really know how to find other ways 😕

that is your best chance to get onto the rsps

 

have you been into your router and checked all the settings there?

Im in dorm and don't have own router here.

It sounds like your IP may of been blocked as a safety precaution. Firstly i would send an E-mail to [email protected] with your username and details into the issue which you're having. You may also message Spooky via our Discord as another option but please make sure you try the first option before doing so.

 

I'm going to close this thread now as I do believe this is the solution to fix your client issues.
