Relative to BM price I just think they are fine with task streaks.

I don't think the price is really that high. Seeing as task streaks give so many slayer points.

This has already been addressed. - Coin Pouches and their rewards from pickpocketing now scale with your total level.

I think all of these sound reasonable. The tight rope one makes it totally easy (not that it was a hard room in the first place) but you can safe spot behind the shrub with never losing aggro.
