If I were too leave my GIM group due to not wanting to play anymore, would someone else become the leader? I don't want too quit and leave with the slot filled with an inactive account.

My GIM team and I are looking to vote kick an inactive GIM member, however vote kicking isn't working and would like an admin to remove him from the group so we can get an active person in.
