Sadly, the loss of the Dragon Warhammer was not due to the result of any bug or server glitch.
To add to this accordingly, you stated the Dragon Warhammer was dropped, and as the official OS wiki states: All items left on the ground will be lost, and Hardcore Ironmen will lose their status.

The servers are currently being updated, just a quick server restart.
I would highly suggest joining the server discord to keep up to-date.

Since Launce Ive been doing Slayer. Well, Before Slayer I did all but 3 quests which Ive yet to complete. Then I hit Slayer cause thats my personal traditional route. Day 3 I got Fcape. Today I got Black Mask and Dragon Defender. I splash overnight and while at work so I can train my mage as much as possible cause Idk how Imma go about training that. Thats it for now, will keep you guys updated.Very nice progress so far, keep it up, I look forward to seeing some more updates from you! @Jak

Use the spirit tree at home to teleport to the gnome stronghold, then run north into the Grand Tree, climb up the ladder to the first floor, in the north-east corner there will be an NPC called "Rometti" who will sell you the robes you are needing.

You can open your sets via the trading post just west of Edgeville bank, simply right click the post and select "Open sets"
