Where's the cooking guide? Does chef's hat or white apron, or any other item increase Cooking XP?

Missing items that boost the WC XP, such as Lumberjack hat and such... As well as the best locations for each lvl/trees. This guide did take lots of time to do. But it's just not very useful to know the XP each one gets, in my opinion of course.
