Yea you have to actually use the scrolls you were given, make sure you have typed in ::claimitems to get the scrolls then use the scroll to get tokens and donator status ?

Yea make sure you are logging in with your username and not your email. Sometimes it takes a moment to sync up user data with the in-game database.
