Croncccc

So my main account (Cronccc with 3 c's at the end) has 2fa enabled, but I recently wiped my phone and didn't back anything up. As of today logging in has started asking for my 2fa again, so I can't log in. Can 2fa be disabled without access to authenticator anymore and if yes, could someone help me with it? Thanks 🙂
