Suggestion to adding ingame status of: Realism. Standard Ironman. Hardcore Ironman. Ultimate Ironman. Group Ironman. Elite Ironman. Colors being possibly related to the ingame color design of each account status. The rank being given only to those who obtain the maximum level status on their respective accounts with a 'Forum rank request' application being accepted. Hardcore Ironman status being permanent even after loss of the Hardcore status to Ironman status. Elite Ironman status being permanent even after loss of the Elite Ironman to Fallen Elite Ironman status. Anything to make the forums a bit more colorful, with sizes and if added icons be fitting to not over clump the forums aswell.

The current rates are overkill, even for a private server. 100x would be more than fine, if you can't grind at 100x then maybe not even private servers are the thing you should play.
