What are your strengths? Active in the clan participating in clan events - raids, zalcano and I try to aid other players if they are needing assistance or want recommendations on how they can progress their account.
What are your weaknesses? My available time is limited due to work but I try to attend as many events as possible and be active through both the ingame and discord community.
In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you're applying for: I have a strong rapport with several of the ice community members and staff. I try to promote the clan chat within the server and I am a knowledgable player. I enjoy raiding with the clan and have shown loyalty to the clan since the servers launch.

I have been playing Zaros for quite some time now and although I don't know loads about the game, I am always active, helping when and where I can and always more than willing to help new members.What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I play but AFK during the day a lot as I work 8-4 Monday to Friday. So I may respond to people fairly slowly. I run multiple Discord communities, one with 1500 members and one with 300 paying members, also I own a Facebook group with 5300 members. So you could say I know how to keep people feeling welcomed and I am very good at advertising and building numbers in a group. As well as this I am always active and always more than happy to help any new members where I can and also bring in lots of new members.

Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Morp The Wise? I thought not. It's not a story the Wise Old Man would tell you. It's a Gielinor legend. Darth Morp was a rat killer in Lumbridge Swamps, so powerful and so wise he could use the Dragon Scimitar to influence the F2P members to follow him... He was so generous that he would even do Fally Drop Parties. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his trimmed Rune armour set, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught the F2P noobs everything he knew, then chucked his bank at the Sand Casino. Ironic. He could save others from getting cleaned, but not himself.

Zalcano needs to be made more viable for smaller teams or even solo. This isn't like OSRS where you have a dedicated world or CC for finding teams for the boss.
Right now you need 4-6 experienced players to kill Zalcano by phase 1 or 2. Another problem is depending on your time zone/free time it's impossible to find a team.So here's a few potential fixes that I came up with:
- Scale the damage you do based on team size - more damage when solo, less when with more people so it stays consistent
- Scale the drops based on team size - it's pointless to solo it for 15 minutes for it to drop 1500 rune essence
- Add daily/weekly events for incentive to do Zalcano - many people don't know Zalcano is actually good money and a good way to farm supplies for Ironmen
These are just from the top of my head, if anyone has more suggestions I'd be happy to add them to the thread.

100% support, this deserves more recognition. Corrupted Hunllef is WAYYY too powerful. It's too hard to do corrupted Gauntlet consistently.

What are your strengths? I have been playing Runescape for 10+ years and I am very familiar with the raids system, skilling techniques, clans, etc.
What are your weaknesses? I still have lots of efficiency techniques that I need to learn/would like help learning. I work a fair bit so may not always be able to attend clan events but I am active in the clan when I am online.

I feel like I can players in the ice with providing game knowledge where it may be lacking. I also am usually down to raid with other players or engage in group activities. I am 24 years old and work 3 jobs but I use most of my free time to enjoy Zaros and engage with Ice members.
