I think it's a given now for servers to be hosting these (in similar style to those of deadman mode 1v1's in various preset fighting setups), having taken part in many myself I believe they're pivotal for creating content, enjoyment & positive competition. I would suggest we also host these with OSGP/Store Donator credit rewards, alongside having a dedicated part of the website so players can see when the next tournament is, what it will be & the gear setup it will include & therefore we could properly prepare and practice. Summary: Thoughts?

+1. The only suggestion I disagree with is the ashes, I think that should be left how it is now.
